I wholeheartedly recommend Steve Ellerbrake of Keller Williams. I turned to him to sell a condo in O’Fallon IL. I had listed this property several times in the past without much interest or activity. Steve and his team activity promoted this property across the wide spectrum of Real Estate websites which resulted in hundred of views and the eventual sale. He and his team marketed this property as if it was a high value listing and didn’t let the relative value of the property limit their marketing activities. Since I reside in California, I never had the opportunity to personally meet with Steve, but he handled the entire transaction as if I was a next door neighbor.
