Manager of Client Services
As Manager of Client Services, Terri works directly with sellers providing stress-free support from the listing to the closing of the sale of their home. Besides being the hub of communication between our agents and sellers, Terri coordinates all transactions between title companies, buyer’s agent, inspectors, and most importantly, you the seller. She has sixteen years of customer service experience and being a military dependent, she has firsthand knowledge of short notice and international relocation challenges and is very sympathetic to all our client’s needs. Terri attended Central Missouri State University where she studied accounting. Terri is also an active member within the community as a member of the O’Fallon Relay for life.
