An O’Fallon native, Chad combines strong knowledge of the area and different neighborhoods, with helping clients soundly navigate the rapidly changing real estate market. Familiar with the unique history of homes, developers and architecture throughout the metro east, Chad specializes in helping to find and market those special properties people want to call home. Essential to a good REALTOR is strong project management. Prior to real estate, Chad managed complex litigation helping law firms and corporations structure large scale case and data sets, creating a strong foundation for assisting clients in property transactions. Chad has a B.A from Southern Methodist University and J. D. from South Texas College of Law. Locally, Chad likes to be active and is heavily involved in marquee events like Taste of O’Fallon and the annual Holiday Illuminated Parade.
